Context

Spring Launch is one of Contentsquare’s key product moments of the year.
The challenge was to translate complex product concepts into a clear visual narrative across the keynote, campaign assets, and website.

For this launch we also introduced a new interactive homepage hero built in Rive, bringing motion and interaction into the product story.

My Role

Creative direction and hands-on design for the launch visuals.
I worked with Product Marketing and leadership to translate product concepts into a visual system used across the keynote, campaign assets, and website. I also led the direction and design exploration for the Rive homepage illustration.

The Challenge

The product narrative was still evolving while launch assets were being designed.

The visuals had to simplify complex ideas while remaining flexible enough to adapt as messaging changed. The system also needed to work across multiple surfaces including keynote slides, web experiences, and promotional content.

The Concept

The concept was built around Sense as an ecosystem. Contentsquare was no longer capturing signals only from websites and mobile experiences, but also from conversations through the Loris acquisition. The visuals explored how these different signals connect into a single intelligence layer.

Exploration

Early sketches were used to test visual metaphors for the product concepts.

These explorations helped identify directions that could communicate the story quickly while remaining adaptable across launch formats.

Home Page Animation

The homepage hero became the centerpiece of the launch.

We introduced an interactive illustration built in Rive, allowing motion and interaction to help explain the product story rather than relying on a static hero visual.

I led the concept development and visual direction, working closely with motion and engineering to ensure the interaction supported the narrative.

Campaign Rollout

Beyond the homepage hero, the visual direction was applied across the full launch campaign. The system needed to work across multiple formats including website visuals, keynote slides, product marketing materials, and promotional assets.

The goal was to keep the story visually consistent while adapting it to the different channels used to announce the launch.

Outcome

Spring Launch 2026 introduced a new way to communicate how Contentsquare captures signals across the customer journey. The interactive Rive hero became the centerpiece of the homepage, helping explain the product story through motion and interaction.

The visual system developed for the launch extended beyond the homepage. It was applied across keynote storytelling, product marketing materials, and campaign assets used across the channels announcing our new Conversation Intelligence analytics, ensuring the launch felt coherent wherever audiences encountered it.
