Context

As Contentsquare scaled globally, teams struggled to access brand guidelines and assets efficiently. The company adopted Frontify as a brand portal to centralize documentation, asset libraries, and templates.

My Role

Design of the brand portal experience and structure. I defined the information architecture and designed the landing page and navigation system enabling teams to easily find guidelines, assets, and templates.

The Challenge

Brand portals often become static documentation rather than practical tools. The goal was to design an experience that made the brand system easy to navigate and actively useful in day-to-day work.
